If prices are reduced within seven days of your order, we will refund the difference upon request.

  • To process your order, we collect personal details such as contact information, educational background, and work history. If necessary, we will arrange a call or email questionnaire to gather additional details. Turnaround times start only after all required information has been received.
  • Deliverables will be provided in Microsoft Word and PDF formats via the email address specified during order placement.

However, Skilwize does not guarantee specific outcomes, as results depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Skilwize is not liable for any losses resulting from the use of our services, including financial or professional consequences.
  • Adjustment requests should be sent to info@skilwize.com within five days of receiving the deliverable. We will address these requests promptly, aiming to complete adjustments within 3-4 days. For urgent adjustments, we encourage you to communicate your requirements so that we may prioritize them.

2.3 Business Support Services

  • Business Support Services require detailed personal and business information to deliver tailored solutions effectively. If required information is missing from your initial order, we will contact you to collect the necessary details. Turnaround times begin once all information is provided.
  • Deliverables are shared in Microsoft Word and PDF formats to the email address provided during order placement.

Copywriting services require a detailed project brief for optimal results. If a brief is not provided, we will contact you to clarify your requirements. Please note:

  • Up to three rounds of free revisions are available for orders with a supplied brief.
  • One round of revisions may be provided at Skilwize’s discretion for orders without a brief.

Turnaround times begin upon receipt of all required information. Deliverables are sent in Microsoft Word format to the specified email address.

Ownership of all written content transfers to the client upon delivery. Skilwize holds no responsibility for changes in third-party policies, such as search engine criteria, that may affect the content’s effectiveness.

If revisions are needed, please email info@skilwize.com within five days of delivery. Revisions will generally be completed within 2-3 days, with expedited revisions possible upon request

2.5 Academic Coaching and Mentoring Services

Academic Coaching and Mentoring Services provide guidance and support to enhance learning and help you meet academic goals. Services include personalized coaching, customized templates, and learning resources tailored to your needs.

Key Terms:

Purpose: This service aims to improve your learning journey through structured support, helping you develop skills to complete your academic submissions independently.

Prohibited Uses: Resources, templates, and guidance provided are strictly for learning purposes. You must not copy or submit any content as your own to educational institutions. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and Skilwize reserves the right to refuse service to clients suspected of such behavior.

Service Delivery: Upon receiving all required information, a qualified coach in your subject area will be assigned to provide support. Deliverables, including templates and resources, will be shared in Word or PDF format.

Additional Support: Requests for additional guidance or resources should be emailed to info@skilwize.com. Such requests will typically be fulfilled within 2-3 days.

By using these services, you agree that Skilwize facilitates access to independent coaching and mentoring aimed at improving academic standards. Skilwize is not liable for misuse of provided resources or any resulting academic consequences.

3. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times provided are estimates and depend on order complexity and workload. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and discuss alternative timelines.

Turnaround times commence once all required information is received. Skilwize cannot be held liable for missed deadlines or resulting complications if delays arise from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Cancellation and Returns Policy

All services provided are tailored and personalized, making them non- refundable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you until you are 100% satisfied.

5. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email info@skilwize.com. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within three working days.

6. Liability

Skilwize’s liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. Under no circumstances shall Skilwize be responsible for:

  • Incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or opportunities.
  • Errors or inaccuracies resulting from client-provided information.
  • Failure to meet deadlines due to delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client information.

Clients are advised to review all deliverables thoroughly before use. Skilwize does not guarantee specific outcomes and is not liable for decisions made based on our services.
